‘Event Streaming’
If you are having an event and want us to live stream it for you we can.
This can be for any event you are having. Town Halls, Meetings in office space or a venue such as a hotels for meetings & conferences or even outside.
We offer a simple live stream using from 1 to 6 cameras and we can even input your event computer showing slides, video etc into the stream meaning all those across the world with the streaming link can watch. We can even password protect it.

We offer Event live streaming services for corporate - town halls - commercial - leisure - weddings - and all events.
There are lots of options when it comes to live streaming services, a single camera or multiple cameras, vision mixing as well as other features that we can activate.
Being a live conference and event company we also have all the AV equipment you need, PA Systems, radio Mics, Large TVs etc
For our live streaming services we can use our own CDN and host on vimeo live or we can simply plug into your own ‘in house system’ of webex or cisco codec etc. We can of also stream to multiple social media destinations at the same time such as facebook, linkedin, vimeo to name just a few.
Our live streaming services are very robust, we can bond Vodafone 4G, EE4G, o24G Three 4G as well as plug into your own internet with a cable or use wifi. We then bond 4 of these connections to give a very stable and fast connection for our streaming.
We can also handle any audio lip sync errors to make sure lip sync stays in place. We can mix in powerpoint slides, and video if you wish. From simple to a bit more involved we can make it happen easily for you.
For the corporate sector, as well as conferences sometimes our customers have townhalls in their own offices. We can plug in to the corporate company laptops with our picture and sound to webex, if not we can simply host it ourselves and share the link but we are always aware you may need to use your own streaming software which is also good for us.
If you are streaming the event in-house but need sound support, PA systems and radio mics as well as sound technician we also offer this service so we can handle all the sound and simply give you a line feed. We can supply cameras, cameras operators, vision mixers or just sound support. Anything you need we can help with.
We are not just a video streaming company we are also a live event company and audio visual equipment hire company so if you need 75 inch TVs as well as other kit we are a one stop shop.

Event Live Streaming Services for Corporate Offices Events & Town Halls
So many corporate companies are also very aware of the importance of internal communications but when they have an event either in the offices at their HQ or off site in a venue, they know that not everyone can make it and they have staff all across the world that need to watch and be involved.
We can either supply all the kit and skills needed to help stream the event or if you use webex etc we can plug our kit into your own computer.
One camera and sound or 2 or 3 cameras, the choice is yours. We mix them with our vision mixer kit and make sure you get perfect picture and sound to your laptop so you can log on to webex and stream.
Of course we are happy to host on Vimeo and add a password. Vimeo is a HD quality stream with great extra features and security. We are one of the very few companies with outdoor routers so we can pick up better signals outside the building if we need to. No internet … no problem…

Event Live Streaming Services
Quite often a company has an off site event at conference venue etc. They may be having a conference and see the value in having some of the presentations streamed. We are finding this a very popular method especially in the Medical Conference sector so it has a global reach. We can also open a chat box too to keep it interactive
We have also been asked to stream events in Marquees such as awards dinners and product launches.

Live Streaming Services for Weddings
Quite often with wedding services and speeches at the venue can only hold around 60 guests the remaining 50 or more people who are invited to the party later in the day may feel left out.
We that can now change this as now we can stream the service and speeches so they can be at their homes getting ready and excited watching your wedding (sometimes the best view in the house) along with perfect sound.
This is not only great for the guests coming to the party later ( being very excited that they watched your wedding already) but also good for the people who just cant make it or those in far flung places across the world.
Our technology streams HD quality to Desk tops, Laptops, Mobile Phones, iPads etc so people can stop and watch it where ever they are. They just need a average connection to the internet.
We have been streaming weddings for a few years now, and quite often the amazing venue is so nestled in the country that it does not have the internet if they do then its not very fast. This is where our bonding technology using 3 or 4 4G data dongles plugged into our bonding streaming device comes into its own.
We can easily stream the wedding with very little mobile coverage, we can of course also bond in the venues internet. We are one of the very few companies with outdoor routers so we can pick up better signals outside the building. No internet … no problem…
When we stream weddings we can either host in privately using vimeo behind a password or and we can link it to your Facebook page at the same time so when we hit the go button all your Facebook friends all over the world can watch. The choice is yours.
There are various options so once we know what you want and where the wedding is we can then tailor a package for you. For example it might be a church wedding then a venue later or it might be all in one venue for a civil wedding, you might want just the service filmed or you might also want the speeches live streamed too.
We can also press the record button and send you the original recording so many options to suits all sorts of budgets. Once the link has gone live we will shortly send you the archived link on vimeo so you can watch online for a few months, you can also download this file. Live Wedding Streaming
Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could ‘live video stream’ your wedding so that those who cannot attend or did to make the service invite list due to capacity can watch it at home or on the move anywhere across the world so they too can be a part of your big day !
Also for those coming to the evening party this is a great way to let them watch, ( the best seats in the house ) and to help them get excited while they are getting ready to join you for the party in the evening ! Now they don’t have to be left out ! Not only that we record the parts we stream so you also have it on video later too!
Where possible we try to use the venues internet connection but if they are out in the sticks and have a bad connection we also use our mobile networks bonded internet connection kit. We can can bond Vodafone 4G EE4G and o24G and with our small outdoor routers get the connection that way !
There is now no excuse not to help friends and family all over the world be part of you big day !
If you don’t want it streamed but need others in another room to watch it on a 75inch TV we can do this too with our 75 inch TVs and PA systems. We also have over 300 meters of fibre optic cable
